Troubleshooting & Common Issues — Random Number Generator
❌ Issue 1 — Numbers Are Not Generating
Ensure you have entered a valid range (e.g., 1 to 100). If either field is empty or contains non-numeric values, the generator will not work.
❌ Issue 2 — "Min Value Cannot Be Greater Than Max Value"
This error occurs when the minimum number is larger than the maximum number. Swap the values or correct the inputs.
❌ Issue 3 — Multi-roll Not Working
Multi-roll supports 1–10 rolls. If you enter more than 10, the tool prevents the action to maintain performance.
❌ Issue 4 — History Not Saving
If the Save History button does not work, check if you have at least one result generated. The tool saves history as a downloadable .txt file.
❌ Issue 5 — Copy Button Not Responding
This may happen if there is no recent generated number. Generate at least one random number before using the Copy function.
❌ Issue 6 — Confetti Not Showing
Confetti animations may be blocked on some older browsers. Test on a modern device or ensure JavaScript animations are enabled.
❌ Issue 7 — Preset (1–10, 1–100, 1–1000) Not Loading
If presets fail, it may be due to a temporary JavaScript loading issue. Refresh the page and try again.
❌ Issue 8 — History File Not Loading
Make sure you upload only the .txt file generated by this tool. Other file formats will not be processed.
