Coconut — the coconut palm is sometimes called the "tree of life" because almost every part of it can be used. Papaya — contains the enzyme papain, used to tenderise meat, and is one of the richest fruit sources of Vitamin C. Lychee — known as the "King of Fruits" in Asia, cultivated in China for over 2,000 years. Guava — contains four times the Vitamin C of an orange and has been grown in tropical America for thousands of years.
